Change of formula for Potafiori, an original local who has managed to combine flowers and food. Now for lunch there is a convenient formula that, for 18 euros, offers a buffet and a dish to choose from among the daily proposals, with water, glass of wine and coffee included in the price.
For our lunch we chose, among the dishes of the kitchen, a cream of cauliflower and vanilla with bread crumbs, delicate and tasty at the same time, while from the buffet we tasted a good black rice with crunchy vegetables, boiled eggs, a soft and savory beetroot flan, baked endive with soy sauce and San Marzano tomatoes cut in half and baked with thyme. To complete the buffet there are several salads to be composed and seasoned as desired (a pity that the discreet Evo oil brought to the table was served in a bottle without an anti-topping cap) and to be accompanied by various types of bread, including the very good one with raisins.
Among pots of plants, flowers and bulbs, the tables are well positioned and integrated into the environment, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The large windows overlooking the street give the place a lot of light and, eating at the adjacent tables, it seems to be in the shop window.
Service: Courteous and precise enough.
