A good address is confirmed by this sandwich shop which offers small well-made sandwiches with original and successful combinations. The bread used is francesino, which weighs 30g and is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside; the menu is varied and contains options for both omnivores and vegetarians and vegans, with different salads and desserts that complete the choice.
For our lunch break we tasted a tasty "déjeuner sur l'herbe" with bresaola, first salt, green apple, rocket and balsamic vinegar glaze, a "Baudelarian cinderella" with ricotta, pumpkin flower, mint and semi dry cherry tomato, where the latter prevails the other ingredients, and a delicious "j'accuse" with avocado cream, lemon, toasted hazelnuts and semi dry tomatoes. To drink there are craft beers, some soft drinks and a selection of wines.

Amuse Bouche: environment
Small and functional, with a series of shelves on the side walls and a "social" table positioned in the center; at the bottom is the open laboratory.
Service: Courteous but of few words.
