Confirmation of vote for this restaurant, an informal and colorful bistro from Provence. Although the offer is wide and covers different times of the day, we decided to try it for the morning breakfast, when it is time to taste good croissants that are very reminiscent of those from beyond the Alps, characterized by a soft dough and an external crust with the enveloping fragrance of butter and perfect and balanced crunchiness; delicious the cream one we tried during our visit. Clearly, at a self-respecting French breakfast, you cannot miss the pain au chocolat and the baguettes with bread, butter - even salty - and jam. We were less satisfied with the coffee: an under-extracted cup, with a low consistency cream. Well done, however, the cappuccino with a pleasant and solid foam.
Dedans Bistrot: environment
In addition to the welcoming internal room, invaded by the scents of the oven, the restaurant also has a small glass conservatory which can be accessed from the main room: a relaxing place if you want to stop for a long breakfast, maybe in the end week. When the weather permits, there are also outdoor tables located on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant: pity that the intense traffic does not make parking quite pleasant.
Service: Courteous and fast.
