The variety of pizzas and bread baked daily by Zero spelled, a small pizzeria with a wood oven, but above all surprising the quality of the ingredients used, starting from the flours used to prepare the dough for bread and pizza, then leavened properly. The result is a fragrant and digestible pizza, with tasty condiments made of good quality raw materials, starting from the simplest variants such as the margherita that we have tasted, characterized by the right relationship between base, tomato and mozzarella, or pumpkin flowers with whole anchovies and not passed in the oven that retain all their flavor, to get to the more creative ones or others dedicated to intolerant, vegetarian or vegan.
Tasty also fried, mostly supplied by the perfect consistency (classic, amatriciana or cheese and pepper among others) and croquettes with a soft filling well seasoned and in some cases enriched with cheese or 'nduja.
Farro Zero: environment
Very intimate pizzeria, in which the space is equally divided between the area reserved for customers, with just a couple of high tables to sit on, and the one occupied by the counter. On the walls, a series of blackboards listing ingredients and prices of bread and pizza.
Service: Always very willing to illustrate the characteristics of the numerous proposals with a smile on the lips and a ready joke. In the evening you can take advantage of the delivery service.
